DIY: Wine Cork Candle Holder

For those of you who missed my DIY posts, I am here today with the super easy idea how to make a wine cork candle holder. Maybe you already have an idea, where I got the inspiration…and your guess is right – my old friend Pinterest 🙂

All you need is a decorated mason jar (I bought mine at the local thrift shop), scented candle and few wine corks. I took the rest of my cork collection – most of the corks I used more than a year ago to make a wreath).
I put wine corks into the bottle and the candle on top of the corks. Easy, right? And here is the final product. What do you think of it?
I am looking for the moment sometime in the evening (when all kids will be fully asleep :)), I pour myself a glass of red, light a candle, get lost in a good book and enjoy a moment of peace.

With all this talk about wine, what is your favorite?
